Please welcome Jeff Deskins, James Bolger, and Geraldine Dona bringing wide experience to our team.
Jeff Deskins is employed as a Solutions Manager. Relevant experience includes:
- ATA 2200/100 expert. Has worked at Bombardier, Boeing, and McDonnell Douglas implementing systems to author, publish, and deliver ATA documentation. Has represented major manufacturers in the ATA 2200 Committee and CAWG working group.
- Flight Operations expert. ATA 2300/FOIG Committee team member and designer of Aircraft Health Management System and Flight Operations systems for software companies.
- S1000D expert. Has led major manufacturers through the implementation of S1000D projects. Has represented technology companies at the S1000D EPWG.
- PLCS representation. Has represented software companies at the OASIS PLCS Committe.
- Has worked for major technology companies: Arbortext, InfoTrust, Sila Solutions (Iditarod Software), and JustSystems.
- Technical writing expertise at Boeing, McDonnell Douglas, Rockwell International, and Bombardier.
- Expert in most XML/SGML editors: EPIC, Interleaf, and XMetal.
- Expert in Simplified English Tools.
James Bolger is employed as Sales Director, US. Relevant experiences include:
- Specialist in MRO and integrating technology to improve service business process, service delivery and training.
- Expert in best practices integration of ERP and MRO processes and data at Abridge AB in Stockholm.
- Product manager for document and content management solutions with StreamServe AB.
- Senior account manager and consultant to the discrete manufacturing (GM, Philips, ABB), defense and aerospace (Pratt and Whitney, Raytheon) and energy (Shell, BP) industries.
- Product manager for Ericsson’s wireless internet service provider solution.
Geraldine Dona is employed as Senior Project Manager and will work onsite Bombardier in Montreal. Relevant experiences include:
- Program Management expertise with Bombardier Transportation and Bombardier Aerospace.
- Project Management expert in software and enterprise solution deployment, aircraft configuration implementation.
- Project performance auditor.
- Business process engineering.
- Quality systems and assurance.
- 18.5 years with Bombardier (technical illustration and publications, customer support, information technology services, quality assurance, business operations, spares, configuration management, aircraft delivery, and bids and proposals.
- Worked at Canadair, de Havilland, Dorval, Mirabel, St-Bruno and St-Laurent facilities supporting CRJ100, CRJ200/850, CRJ700, CRJ900/890, CRJ1000, CSeries, Q400, CL-415 programs.
