Free Webinar: "S1000D and Simplified Technical English. The perfect match!" (Download recording)

Date: 22 May 2012
Time: 9.00 a.m. PDT (Los Angeles), 12.00 p.m. EDT (New York), 18.00 CEST (Amsterdam)
Duration: 1 hour

The S1000D standard is defined as an international specification for the procurement and production of technical publications. S1000D calls for Simplified Technical English (STE), another international specification, which is a method of writing that makes technical English easy to understand. The adaptation of STE stimulates the global acceptance of technical documentation as it improves readability and translatability, and prevents misunderstandings and misinterpretations.

Join Berry Braster from Tedopres and Jeff Deskins from CORENA for an interactive webinar on both specifications. During this webinar, Berry and Jeff will explain the benefits of STE authoring using case studies, and show how overall cost, time to market, and content volume will be reduced and how you can optimize your content for efficient publishing in S1000D.

Included in the webinar is a chat-based Q&A session, where we will take your questions about S1000D and STE.

If you experience any problems or if you have any questions, please send us an email.

The content of this webinar is developed and presented in cooperation with Tedopres.
